Gossiping!

Simon hadn't intended to ask her out to dinner tonight. He'd been going to tell her something else.

Chardonnay wondered if Simon loved her too.

Simon thought it was just too early.

Chardonnay slowed down the kiss slowly.

Simon let her.

Chardonnay slowly broke away.

Simon smiled.

"did you ever ask me that question that you won?" Chardonnay asked softly.

"Yeah...I asked you to swap ties..."

Chardonnay smiled, fingering her pink tie.

"I still think the pink tie looked better on you than it does on me."

Simon put his finger to her lips. "Don't say that. I gave you my tie..."

He gave her himself.

She moved his finger away, and looked at him.

"I..." she started. She wanted to say it. She could say it! "I'm all yours, Si."

Damn. So close and yet so far.

Simon smiled and kissed her nose. "I'm yours too."

Chardonnay smiled, and stroked his hair.

Simon laughed softly. "Come on, let's go do something!"

"Like?" Chardonnay asked.

"Horse riding?"

"I've never been horse riding."

"Will the horse be okay?"

"So, what are we waitinf for?" Chardonnay asked, standing up and shaking her head to get a strand of hair out of her eyes. The ties at the end of her two plaits undid.

Simon smiled, kissing her.
