Singing with Emotion

"Sure, come on in."

"Thank you..." Chelsea said, walking in slowly, still in a slightly dazed, shocked state.

Tom was wearing very low-slung jeans and no top.

CHelsea didn't seem to noticed. She was still shocked.

Tom offered her to sit on his bed.

CHelsea did so with a nod of thanks.

Tom sat next to her, legs crossed. "What's up?"

"I...I was singing...and Simon came in and played the piano while I sang...and then...he asked me if I fancied you..." Chelsea said slowly, looking down.

Tom blinked. "Oh...uh...okay?"

"And then...he said that he was thinking about asking Lauren out..." Chelsea carried on slowly, not saying what her anwer to Simon's question had been, "And then...he...kissed me..."

Tom blinked. "I don't understand..."

Chelsea buried her head in her hands, "Neither do i...I'm so confused..."

"Why..?" Tom paused. "Why did he ask if you like me?"

"I don't know..."

"And...what did you say?"

Chelsea blushed, "That...that I used to..."

Tom's eyes widened.

Chelsea was looking down, away from him.

"Chels! Why didn't you say?!"

Chelsea shrugged. This was one reason why she was so confused.

TOm sighed. "YOu know...I've known i was gay for a long time..."

"I...I did not know you were until you told me...but...I did have a suspision that yuo were..."

"Oh crap! Do I act camp?!"

Chelsea looked up at him and smiled, "No, you don't, relax. I just had the suspiscion because I am with you a lot and I am aware of how you act and things like that. It is not obvious, do not worry."

"Oh thank god!" Tom said, face relaxing.
