Gossiping!

"I'm not sure..." Simon blushed. "You're doing enough just being here..."


Michael paused. "Fine...I go out of town back home for some family business tomorrow...you?"

She shrugged.
"Okay," she lied.

"That's good. I'm happy to help," Chardonnay said softly.

Michael was thankful he'd be away from all this hurt at school.

Simon smiled, kissing her cheek.

Chardonnay ate some more food.

"Hope the family stuff goes okay."

Simon ate some more of his.

"I doubt it will...it will be around now that my father will be taking me to balls and parties to find a bride..." Michael muttered bitterly.

"Damn, scary," Eva said, feeling a twinge of annoyance.

Chardonnay stole one of his chips.

Michael sighed. "I'll probably be betrothed by the time I return..." he muttered, looking over to Maggie. "And...so will she..."

Simon laughed.

"That's not fair. My second cousin's in love with her," Eva said, frowning.

Chardonnay grinned, picking up one of her own chips and holding it by Si's lips cheerily.

Michael blinked. "In love with her?!"

Simon smiled, parting his lips.

She passed it to him, grinning.

"Yeah. He won't admit it."

Michael frowned. "He's shares a dorm with me...but he has not asked me one thing about my sister. You are mistaken. He is not interested."

"I'm his second cousin."

Chardonnay grinned.

Simon smiled, stroking her hair back.

"Maggie has expressed her feelings to me about him...he has not shown any attachment or deeper feelings for her..."

Chardonnay grinned, finishing her first course.

"He's a boy. You ought to work out that they never admit that kind of stuff."

"Well, he doesn't express any sort of friendship to Maggie, let alone romantic feelings," there was menace in his voice. He cared a lot about his sister.

Simon finished his only course.

Chardonnay had a dessert. She just liked the sweet stuff a lot.

"Oh God, you idiots. Boys," Eva said, groaned and standing up.

Simon drank his water.

"F*ck off..." Michael muttered darkly.

Chardonnay finished her desert quickly.

Eva put her tray down and left.

Michael left sharply in a different direction. Where the f*ck was Marshall?!

Simon smiled.

Marshall was with Sienna.

Chardonnay blushed, kissing his nose.
"I'm done."

Sienna was shooting.

Simon grinned. "Let's go."

Marshall was learning to shoot too.

"Great," Chardonnay said, standinf up.

Simon stood up with her.

Sienna was telling him off for doing it wrong.

Marshall was busy watching Sienna.

Chardonnay put away her tray.

Sienna was being her usual self, shooting and doing well. However she was wearing a jumper that covered her wrists that day.

Simon followed in her lead.
