Dinnertime

"Cordy is cute too."

"It's less girly, that's all..."

"You've got a 'lee' in there. It could be unisex."

"You can call me that if you really want," Cordy laughed softly.

"I will call you what you want to be called," Rosa smiled, and took out something else. Oats, almonds and honey mixed together in a homemade cereal bar.

Cordy laughed. "I honestly don't care..." he smiled, eating more slush.

"Lee is nice and short... It's a good, solid name."

Cordy laughed softly, he didn't laugh much.

"So, what's your family like, Lee?"

"Uh....normal-ish...I guess...I have a younger brother, Lucius...you?"

"Big brother, and a little brother."

"Ah...and how is that?"

"Marshall is chasing after a serial polygamist. Philip's in love with a sweet girl and talks a lot with our cousin, Phin. So, I don't really see either of them much."

"A polygamist?! Who's that?"

"I'm not at liberty to say."

"Fair dos...wait...it's not that scottish girl is it? The boys in my class talk about her a lot..."

"I don't know if she is."

"Sienna I think her name was..."

"The name rings a bell," Rosa said, looking up and seeing Josie. She raised a hand to her friend, who raised a hand in return.

Cordy shrugged, eating more of the gross pie.

"You shouldn't put that filfth into your mouth. Here, do you like cherries?" asked Rosa.

"I've put more filthy things in my mouth..." Cordy's eyes widened and he flushed red. Oops.

"Do you like cherries?" Rosa repeated, amused.

Cordy laughed. "I'm fine with this...I think I'm going to get a roll..."

Rosa laughed, and popped a fresh cherry in her mouth.
