A Saturday Blind Date

Lauren walked through the gardens towards a bench beneath a tree. It was there that she had been told to go and wait for a date. She was feeling nervous. Brooklyn had come up to her three days ago and told her one of his friends wanted to go on a date with her on Saturday at six o'clock. It had taken some persausion from Chelsea and Brooklyn for her to agree, but finally she had. Brooklyn still hadn't told her who it was, but had promised her it was someone nice, and that he really liked her.

So here she was, where she had been told to go. Five forty-five. fifteen minutes till the arranged time.

Adrian was nervous, already sitting at the bench, fiddling with his room keys in his hands. He was worried this was a joke or she'd take another look at him and just leave.

Lauren saw Adrian sitting on the bench, and a light blush came on her cheeks as she walked towards the bench.

(OOC: i hope they don't have a go at Brooklyn for this)

Adrian didn't hear her coming, he was looking down at his keys.

(OOC: For some reason I can just see Adrian locking the door to their room and refusing to let Brooklyn in because he set up the date between the two of them)

Lauren blushed a little darker, stooping by the side of the bench.

(OOC: haha. it depends. He's more likely to just ignore Brooklyn.)

Adrian looked up and his eyes widened. "Lauren!"

(OOC: but he did get Lauren and Adrian together, they do like each other, they just haven't done anything about it)

"H-hey..." Lauren sounded a little nervous.

(OOC: true true)

"Hi..." Adrian smiled, standing up.

Lauren gave him a shy smile.

Adrian leant in, kissing her cheek. "Hey...you okay?"

Lauren blushed lightly and smiled, "Y-yeah, thanks...you?"

Adrian, blushing slightly, nodded. "Yeah..."

Lauren gave a nod. she had relaxexed slightly when she had realised it was Adrian, but she still felt nervous.

Adrian smiled. "Where do you want to go?"

"Uh...I don't mind..."

Adrian nodded, "Want to walk and think about it?"

Lauren nodded, "Sure."

(OOC: what's the password for the admin on this? I want to put up brooklyn's flat...)

(OOC: uh...i'll text you it. and can you set up a place for Tom and Si?)

Adrian took her hand.

Lauren blushed lightly, but smiled, lacing their fingers. Adrian was very good-looking.

Adrian smiled to her.

Lauren smiled back, knowing she could relax around him.

Adrian stroked some hair away from her face.

Lauren blsuhed lightly, but the smile remained.

"How about a movie?"

"Sure, that sounds good," Lauren nodded.
