Apparently I'm perfect

Edward looked in the mirror, making sure his hair was alright. He opened the drawer at the side of his bed, on top of which was a picture of him and Maria. He looked at it for a second smilingfindly at her, before collecting the book out the drawer. Clarinet grade 7. He placed it on the bedm and flipped open to a piece,unpacked his clarinet and began to play, fluently and perfectly.

George entered entered his room and flopped down on his bed, then looking up at Edward.

Edward nodded at George still playing.

George gave a nod back, then covering his face in his hands.

Edward frowned and came to the end of the piece. "You ok?" He asked, concern showing on his face and in hie voice.

"Fine fine..."George replied unconvingly.

"No your not"

George gave a groan, rolling onto his front, hiding his face.

Edward put down his clarinet, and slowly walked over. "Whats wrong?" He asked again, now even more concerned.

"nothing..." but again, he sound completely unconvincing.

"you know, you're a bad liar"

"Cindy keeps telling me that..." George groaned.

"Well it's true"

"I know..." George moved off the bed and stumbled to the bathroom, hand covering the side of his face, and closed the door after him. There was blood on his pillow where his face had been.

Edward looked at the pillow for a second. Then rushed after George.

George had locked the door.

"George, open the door" Edward said sternly.

George didn't answer, he was trying to stop the flow of blood.

Virgil came into the room and noticed Edward by the bathroom door and walked over to him, "Eddy? what is the matter?" he asked in his low voice.

Edward pointed to the pillow, then to the door. "George has locked himself in here. Somethings wrong"

Virgil raised an eyeborw and then banged on the door, "Georgy! unlock the door!"

"Go away!"

"Please George" Edward said anxiously.He liked George. In a different sort of way.

"I am perfectly fine! Just leave me alone!"

Virgil turned and went to his bedside table, opening the draw and getting something out.

"No your not. Whats with the blood?"

"NOTHING!"

Virgil went back to the door and slipped a piece of metal into the lock.

"Liar!" Edward said sternally, then looked at Virgil surprised. But he knew what he was doing.
